
The Supreme Court of Canada has granted [leave to appeal](http://scc.lexum.umontreal.ca/en/news_release/2010/10-03-29.2a/10-03-29.2a.html) the decision in Crookes v. Newton, which involves liability for hyperlinking to an allegedly defamatory article published by a third party.
